Community Guidelines

Steel Reef Design House is a place for watch owners to discuss product ideas, share experience and help shape what we develop next.

We want discussion to be open, useful and enjoyable. You’re welcome to share different opinions, ask questions, challenge ideas and contribute your own perspective.

Keep it respectful

Disagreement is fine. Personal attacks, harassment, bullying, threats, discriminatory or hateful content are not.

Keep it relevant

Please keep comments related to the Design House Idea, product, watch or discussion you’re responding to. Repeatedly posting unrelated content may be treated as spam.

Protect people’s privacy

Don’t publish someone else’s private information, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, order details or other personal information.

No spam or manipulation

Don’t use the community for unsolicited advertising, repetitive promotional posts, fake engagement, impersonation or attempts to manipulate voting or discussion.

Only post content you have the right to share

Don’t post material that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, confidential, or infringes somebody else’s intellectual property or other rights.

Community accounts

You need a Steel Reef customer account to comment. Your chosen community display name is shown publicly; your account email is not displayed with your comments.

Moderation

Steel Reef may hide or remove content that breaches these guidelines and may restrict commenting on accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach them. A comment being reported does not automatically mean it will be removed. We review reports in context. Steel Reef team members participating in discussions will be identified with a Steel Reef Staff badge.

If you see something that may breach these guidelines, use the Report option beside the comment.
