SwiftLink Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

By placing a pre-order for SwiftLink, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure full transparency and to protect both the customer and Steel Reef in the fulfillment of pre-orders.
1. Pre-Order Agreement
1.1. This is a pre-order. SwiftLink is currently in production, and your order secures your unit in the initial manufacturing run.
1.2. Estimated Delivery Timeline: We estimate a delivery window of 3-6 months, but this is subject to change. Due to the nature of manufacturing and quality control processes, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
1.3. Potential Delays: While we will make every effort to meet the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Supply chain disruptions
- Manufacturing adjustments
- Quality control refinements
- Shipping or customs delays
1.4. No Guarantees: The pre-order period is an approximation, and Steel Reef is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from delays.
2. Final Sale & No Refund Policy
2.1. Pre-orders are final. Due to the nature of production, pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once placed.
2.2. Why are pre-orders non-refundable? The funds collected from pre-orders are directly allocated to the production process, including securing minimum order quantities (MOQ), manufacturing costs, and logistics.
2.3. No exceptions for resale or change of personal circumstances. If you decide to sell your watch or no longer need SwiftLink before it arrives, you are still obligated to complete your purchase. We strongly advise against pre-ordering if you are uncertain about your long-term watch ownership.
3. Product Feasibility & Risks
3.1. Pre-ordering involves risk. SwiftLink is still in production, and unforeseen technical or supply chain challenges may arise.
3.2. Project Viability: While we are fully committed to delivering SwiftLink, in the unlikely event that we are unable to bring the product to market due to extreme circumstances, we may not be able to issue refunds.
3.3. Understanding the Risk: By pre-ordering, you acknowledge the potential risks involved and accept that your funds are being used to fund production. We encourage customers to only place a pre-order if they fully understand and accept these risks.
4. Compatibility Disclaimer
4.1. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify that SwiftLink is compatible with your watch before placing a pre-order.
4.2. Checking Fitment: We provide detailed compatibility guidelines on our website. Customers must ensure that SwiftLink is suitable for their specific watch model before ordering.
4.3. No Returns for Incompatibility: If SwiftLink does not fit your watch due to customer error in compatibility checking, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
5. Manufacturing & Product Adjustments
5.1. Refinements & Adjustments: As part of our commitment to delivering the highest quality product, we reserve the right to refine, modify, or improve SwiftLink’s design before final production.
5.2. No Claims for Minor Changes: By pre-ordering, you acknowledge that the final product may differ slightly from early prototypes or descriptions provided during the pre-order phase.
5.3. Final Product Standards: Any design changes will be made with the intention of improving SwiftLink’s function, durability, and overall quality. These refinements do not entitle customers to refunds or cancellations.
6. Shipping & Customs Responsibilities
6.1. Shipping Estimates: Once production is complete, pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
6.2. Customs & Import Duties: Customers outside of [Your Region] are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.
6.3. Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Any address changes may not be possible after ordering.
7. Resale & Unauthorized Distribution
7.1. No Resale Policy: SwiftLink is sold exclusively to customers for personal use. Resale of pre-ordered units is strictly prohibited.
7.2. Order Cancellations for Resellers: We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders suspected of being placed for resale purposes.
8. Force Majeure & Supply Chain Risks
8.1. Unexpected Delays & External Factors: We are not responsible for production delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Global supply chain disruptions
- Labor shortages
- Government regulations or restrictions
8.2. Pre-Orders Cannot Be Canceled Due to Delays: In the event of a significant delay due to a force majeure event, pre-orders will remain active, and refunds will not be issued.
8.3. Worst-Case Scenario: If a force majeure event prevents production from moving forward indefinitely, we will communicate next steps, which may include alternative solutions or store credit. However, full refunds are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. No Liability for Indirect Damages: Steel Reef is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-order delays, product modifications, or manufacturing challenges.
9.2. Maximum Claim Value: In the event of a dispute, our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the pre-ordered product.
9.3. Assumption of Risk: By pre-ordering, you assume the risks outlined in these Terms & Conditions, including potential production challenges and delays.
10. Agreement to Terms
10.1. Final Confirmation: By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
10.2. No Exceptions: No exceptions will be made to these terms unless explicitly stated by Steel Reef in writing.
10.3. Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as needed, but the terms active at the time of your pre-order will apply to your purchase.
