- Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Once a product has been opened, installed, or handled beyond the external packaging, it is considered used and no longer eligible for return unless it is faulty. This follows the same principle as a luxury watch: once seals or protective films are removed, the item is no longer classed as new. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just reach out and we’ll confirm.
- Return Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product price (minus any shipping/import costs).
