We are fully committed to addressing any concerns related to faulty items; hence, any product that is defective or not as described on our website can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

However, due to the bespoke and artisanal process involved in creating our products, we cannot accept returns based on a change of heart. We strive to provide clear and comprehensive descriptions of each item’s functionality, purpose, and design to aid in making an informed purchase decision. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging.

Please be aware that currently, we do not offer a pre-paid returns system. In cases where the wrong item is ordered or you change your mind, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. However, we are actively working on implementing a pre-paid returns system in the coming months.

When returning items, please ensure they are sent via a tracked method to confirm receipt. If an item is not tracked and goes missing in transit, preventing us from locating it, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Handling of Shipping Delays and Compliance Issues: Steel Reef is not liable for any delays, refusals, or complications arising due to non-compliance with import regulations. We will not assume responsibility for any inconvenience or cost resulting from such issues.

Refund Policy for Unclaimed Shipments: In the event that an item is not collected or released due to compliance issues and is returned to us, refunds will only be issued once the item has arrived back at our return address. Steel Reef is not responsible for liaising with local authorities or arranging the return of uncollected items.

Accuracy of Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. Steel Reef will not be responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee adjustments once an order is processed.

Liability for Incorrect Addresses: Steel Reef will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered items due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
