We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, so we accept returns when appropriate. To keep things fair and transparent, here’s how our process works.
Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Once a product has been opened, installed, or handled beyond the external packaging, it is considered used and no longer eligible for return unless it is faulty. This follows the same principle as a luxury watch: once seals or protective films are removed, the item is no longer classed as new. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just reach out and we’ll confirm.
Return Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product price (minus any shipping/import costs).
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item - rare, but possible - we’ll cover all return shipping costs and resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

The on-the-fly link is the perfect accessory to my vintage “meters first” 5513. The bracelet now fits perfectly in warm or cold weather. Before, it had to be compromise-adjusted to be too loose for warm and a bit tight for cold. The link material and finish match perfectly also, and indistinguishable from OEM.
