If a product is out of stock or yet to be launched, you’ll often see an option to pre-order or register your interest directly on the product page.

Pre-orders guarantee your unit in the next production run, while registering your interest ensures you’ll be notified as soon as it becomes available.

We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, so we accept returns when appropriate. To keep things fair and transparent, here’s how our process works.

• Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Once a product has been opened, installed, or handled beyond the external packaging, it is considered used and no longer eligible for return unless it is faulty. This follows the same principle as a luxury watch: once seals or protective films are removed, the item is no longer classed as new. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, just reach out and we’ll confirm.

• Return Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product price (minus any shipping/import costs).

• Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item - rare, but possible - we’ll cover all return shipping costs and resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

• How to Start a Return: Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case and provide the next steps.
