FAQs
We’ve tested SwiftLink on multiple Rolex and Grand Seiko models, but there are many more that may be compatible.
We strongly recommend checking our compatibility guides before placing your order:
➡️ Will SwiftLink Fit My Rolex?
➡️ Will SwiftLink Fit My Grand Seiko?
If your model isn’t listed, you can manually check by measuring your removable bracelet links—instructions are provided in the guides.
Yes. SwiftLink is designed to work with both screw-fastened and pin & collar bracelet systems. No matter which system your watch uses, installation is seamless—simply swap an existing link for SwiftLink.
SwiftLink is available in both 904L Stainless Steel (for Rolex) and Titanium (for Grand Seiko). Multiple finishes are offered to match your bracelet perfectly. You’ll select your preferred material and finish at checkout.
Not at all. SwiftLink is installed just like any other bracelet link—no modifications, no tools beyond what you’d normally use for adjusting your bracelet. Simply swap an existing link for SwiftLink, and you're good to go.
Yes, you may order more than one unit. However, SwiftLink is not to be resold at a higher price. If you no longer need your SwiftLink, you may sell it at the price you paid or lower.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders found to be resold at a markup. Our goal is to ensure SwiftLink is available to genuine enthusiasts, not resellers looking to profit from early demand.
Yes. Our goal is to expand SwiftLink to more brands and models. This first production run funds further development, allowing us to refine and manufacture SwiftLink for additional watches, including Omega, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, and more.
Developing SwiftLink has been an extraordinarily ambitious project—bringing a patent-pending, hidden micro-adjustment system to life, all while maintaining the original design of Rolex and Grand Seiko bracelets. Unlike a standard clasp or bracelet, SwiftLink required years of development, prototyping, and testing to ensure flawless integration.
This first batch of 100 units is necessary to fund production and scale for future releases, including expanding compatibility for more brands and models. The funds from pre-orders directly cover manufacturing costs (MOQ), allowing us to invest in additional designs and refinements.
SwiftLink is in production, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–6 months. However, unforeseen delays may extend this timeline. We will provide updates along the way, but pre-orders are final and non-refundable since they go directly toward production.
We’ll keep you updated on the status of your pre-order. While we aim for a 3–6 month delivery window, delays do not entitle customers to cancellations or refunds. By pre-ordering, you acknowledge that unexpected production challenges can extend the timeline.
